Our Policies

All bookings must be confirmed online.
Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours prior.

Spa services are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Full payment or deposit may be required to secure a booking. We accept cash, card, and online payments.

Clients who fail to show up without notice may incur a service fee.

Refunds are only applicable under certain conditions. Please review our full policy before booking.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions. Spa reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.”
